Cashew Mylk

Prep Time

Soak cashews overnight

Cooking Time



1 litre


1 cup of raw cashews

1 litre of filtered water


Soak cashews overnight in filtered water.

Drain and rinse. Add to high speed blender, Nutribullet or the like, along with the water.

Blend until smooth.

Pop into a jar and refrigerate.


To make it extra yummy you can add a pinch of vanilla bean powder or cinnamon when blending!

My absolute favorite thing about this nut mylk is there's no straining, you just funnel into a jar and you're done...... magical!

I heat and use this as you would normal milk for coffee, or in my breakfast chia pots.
