You can prep these the night before, for breakfast the next day.
1 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs quick oats
1/4 ts cinamon
pinch of vanilla bean powder
3/4 cup coconut milk
Toasted coconut to serve
Fresh berries to serve
Put the chia, oats, cinnamon and vanilla in a jar or bowl.
Add the coconut milk and mix well, make sure it's well combined and there aren't any lumps.
Leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 30 minutes to absorb the milk.
Serve with you favorite toppings, mix it up, the options are endless!!
