N/A - 24 hour ferment at room temp then 3 days in the fridge.
250 - 300 mls
1 tin of organic coconut cream (must be full fat organic coconut cream, coconut milk will not work)
1 teaspoon live probiotic coconut yogurt (to use as your starter)
Add coconut cream and starter to at least a 400 ml sized wide mouth jar, screw lid on tightly, shake softly to combine.
Store in a cool dry place on a cloth for 24 hours, this is the fermentation time, so best to put it in a cupboard in your kitchen and set a reminder on your phone to check it in 24 hours!
After 24 hours at room temp, place jar of probiotic coconut yogurt in the fridge for 3 days.
Remove from fridge (natural separation is normal), add contents to a large mixing bowl, mix with an electric mixer for two minutes or until you achieve desired fluffy consistency.
Store in the fridge for up to eight months.
