8 Soft tortillas/ tacos

Ingredients

For the Tortillas

1 cup masa lista corn tortilla flour

3/4 cup warm water

1 tbs olive oil

big pinch pink salt

For the Fish

2 filet of white fish, orange roughy and king fish are nice

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Slaw

1/4 green cabbage

1/4 red cabbage

1 carrot

2 spring onions

raw beetroot and red capsicum work well, or you can leave them out

For the Guacamole

1 ripe avocado
Juice of one lime
1 garlic love
salt and pepper to taste
