3 tbs natural yoghurt
Protein powder - Vanilla works well, but any flavour you like!
1 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs quick oats
Milk or nut milk, it's up to you!
Fresh berries, use whatever is in season, or you can buy frozen organic berries if out of season.
A handful of granola
Drizzle of flaxseed oil
Mix yoghurt, protein and milk together with chia seeds and oats, let it sit for at least 5 mins for milk to absorb.
I like to do this the night before and let it sit in the fridge, then all you have to do is add the berries and granola before you run out the door!
